Petitioner is the mother of deceased employee who died in a terrorist attack. Grievance raised in this writ petition is that none of retiral benefits have been paid to the mother.
Instructions have been obtained by Sri Krishna Agarwal, according to which, the wife of the deceased employee was the nominee for receiving all retiral benefits and in terms of applicable provisions such amount has been paid to her.
Statement made in that regard is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner. It is otherwise not shown that petitioner would have any precedence in the matter of disbursal of retiral benefits, once wife is available and has otherwise received the amount. No grievance, therefore, survives. The writ petition, accordingly, is dismissed.
