The petitioner made a request for conducting re-survey and rectifying the anomalies in the re-survey. The petitioner approached the Tahsildar. Ext.P8 is the order passed by the Tahsildar. It is stated that there are objections on other neighbouring persons who will be affected by determination of boundary the survey can be conducted after revoking the mutation already effected. In view of the above, the 2nd respondent Addl.Tahsildar is directed to finalise the proceedings on Ext.P8 after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all other affected parties within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
Writ petition is disposed of as above.
