Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State.
By means of this application, the applicant who is involved in case crime no. 74 of 2011, under Sections 147, 148, 149 and 302 IPC, P.S. Lalpura, District Hamirpur, is seeking enlargement on bail during the trial.
Considering the fact that the the entire prosecution witnesses have been turned hostile. The bail application of the applicant is hereby rejected.
Learned trial judge is directed to conclude the S.T.No. 111 of 2011 latest by 30.09.2018 from the date of production of certified copy of this order without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties subject to applicant renders fullest cooperation in early disposal of the trial.
