Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri Ashish Kumar Srivastava for the respondent no.3, Gaon Sabha.
Against the order dated 20.09.2018 passed in proceedings under Section 24 of the U.P.Revenue Code, 2006, which is impugned in this writ petition, the petitioner has a statutory alternative remedy of an appeal before the Commissioner as provided by Sub-section 4 of Secton 24 of the U.P.Revenue Code, 2006. This statutory alternative remedy has been availed.
In such view of the matter, this writ petition is dismissed on the ground of availability of statutory alternative remedy.
