Petitioner's application Ext.P6 for considering the modified proposal, involving additional trips on the routes indicated therein, is pending consideration before the 1st respondent. The limited prayer in the writ petition is for a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on the application.
2. I have heard the learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the application preferred by the petitioner along with the judgment in STAT in MVAA No.222 of 2011 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment.
