The petitioner approached this Court seeking for a direction to the respondent to disburse the DCRG due to the petitioner as he has retired from service with effect from 31.08.2013 as a Technical Assistant in the Office of the Executive Engineer, P.H. Division, Kollam. So far the benefits due to him has not been paid, is his complaint. 2. Heard the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent who agrees to pay the outstanding amount of DCRG within a period of four months including the pension commutation.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent to pay the entire amount of DCRG and the pension commutation amount within a period of four months from W.P.C. No.26815 of 2014 2 the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. If there is any dispute regarding payment of the amount, the same shall be intimated to the petitioner.
