The matter was taken up in the revised call.
From the perusal of the material on record, it transpires that during inspection on 17.04.2017, it was found that petitioner who is a license holder of fair price shop, was not distributing the essential commodities to the card holders and 43 card holders had made complaint that the kerosene oil as well as food grains were not given by the petitioner and her treatment and behaviour towards the card holders was not upto mark whenever they approached her for distribution of the kerosene oil and food grains.
Pursuant to complaint, license was suspended on 28.04.2017 and after enquiry, license was cancelled on 09.06.2017. Against the cancellation order, an appeal was preferred before Commissioner, Agra. The appellate authority dismissed the appeal on 23.03.2018 after recording the finding that 43 card holders appeared before the court who were not given kerosene oil as well as food grains.
Having gone through the record of the case and after hearing the counsel for the parties, I find that no interference is required in the order passed by the appellate authority.
Writ petition fails and is dismissed.
