The petitioners are aggrieved with an Award said to have been passed against them, a copy of which has not been produced before this Court. The petitioners have filed an application, Ext.P2, on 10.09.2014 before the 3rd respondent,for setting aside the ex parte Award. The prayer of the petitioners is for expeditious consideration of the same. It is to be noticed that the Award itself was passed as early as on 05.08.2006. The question whether such an application is maintainable would have also to be considered by the Arbitrator. However, no positive direction can be issued. The writ petition stands dismissed.
