By means of this writ petition the petitioners have come to this Court against an order dated 27.9.2018 by which their claim for providing personal security to them upon threat from their daughter-in-law (respondent no. 4) has been rejected.
A clear stand has been taken that upon enquiry it was found that there is not threat perception to the petitioners from respondent no. 4.
That being the case, the expert authorities have enquired into the matter, we are not inclined to interfere.
The writ petition is misconceived and it is, accordingly, dismissed.
