Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
The grievance of the petitioner is that he has filed an application under Section 80 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 seeking declaration regarding plot nos. 895 and 985. The application was made on 30.01.2018, but the same has not been disposed of finally till date.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2/Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Bilari, District Moradabad to decide the application as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
