JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioners have approached this Court with the following prayers:
i) Call for the records leading to Ext.P3 and may be pleased to issue a writ of certiorari and to quash the same in the interest of justice; AND
ii) to pass any such or further orders as the petitioner may seek and this Hon'ble Court deem fit to grant.”
2. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondent/Union Bank submits that revenue recovery notice came to be issued on the basis misconception of facts and that necessary instruction has already been given to the revenue authorities to withdraw the proceedings. The said submission is recorded .
3. In the above circumstance, no further coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner under the Revenue Recovery Act. The writ petition stands disposed of.
