Supplementary affidavit has been filed in compliance of the order dated 31.05.2019 annexing therewith complete copy of the order-sheet.
The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing a direction to the trial court to decide the Original Suit No. 876 of 2002 (Beena Dixit vs. Gyanwati Devi & 5 Others) instituted by the petitioner against the defendants- respondents within a specified time frame.
Having regard to the fact that the suit is pending since the year 2002, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to make serious endeavour to decide the suit expeditiously by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties provided there is no legal impediment.
