Heard learned counsels for the parties.
At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicants submits that his discharge application filed in compliance of earlier order of this Court dated 12.09.2017 passed in application u/s 482 no. 30321 of 2017 is still pending consideration before the Court below and the same may be decided expeditiously within time bound.
Learned Additional Government Advocate does not have any objection in case direction issued for disposal of matter pending under Section 125(3) Cr.P.C. before the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge/Special Judge, E.C. Act, Farrukhabad.
In view of the above, the Additional District and Sessions Judge/Special Judge, E.C. Act, Farrukhabad is hereby directed to dispose of the aforesaid case within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
With the aforesaid directions, the present 482 Cr.P.C. application is hereby disposed of Order Date :- 22.1.2019 P Kesari
