The instant application has been filed for a direction upon the court below to decide Suit No. 994 of 2004 within a stipulated period.
From the order sheet of the case, it appears that recently an impleadment application has been allowed and the matter is as yet not ripe for final disposal.
Under the circumstances, no specific direction need be issued at this stage.
However, considering that the matter is of the year 2004, it is provided that in absence of any legal impediment, the court below shall endeavour to bring the proceeding to its logical conclusion in accordance with law without entertaining unnecessary adjournment from the parties.
With the aforesaid observation/direction, the present petition is disposed off.
