Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The petitioners are lessees in respect of collection of fish, with lease valid upto June 2018, who have filed this petition challenging an advertisement dated 6.2.2018, on the premise that the same would interfere with their rights during the period, they hold the lease.
Confronted with the query of the Court as to how and in what manner, right of the petitioners is being infringed, learned counsel for the petitioners is unable to respond.
The writ petition has been filed on mere presumptions, which has no foundation.
The writ petition lacks merit and is dismissed.
