The grievance of the petitioner is that after the Revisional Court had allowed his Revision and had directed eviction of the respondents, the latter had later filed a Review Petition before the Revisional Court and ever since August 2016 the Review Petition had not been decided. This, he submits, would prejudice the interest of the landlord.
Under such circumstances, it is directed that the Review Petition No.35 of 2016/S.C.C. Revision No.14 of 2012 (Shri Sanjay Sharma & Anr. Vs. Shri Bedi & Anr.) pending in the Court of Additional District Judge/Fast Track Court, Agra itself shall be decided within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment. Needless to say that no unnecessary adjournment shall be granted.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
