Heard Sri Bal Krishna Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents No.1 and 2-State and Sri Sunil Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the respondent No.3-Gaon Sabha.
After some arguments, Sri Bal Krishna Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the relief sought in the writ petition. He seeks leave to prosecute the application for recall of the order dated 27.04.2011 passed by this Court in Writ-C No.29936 of 2010 (Pappan and others Vs. Additional Commissioner and others).
The writ petition is dismissed with the aforesaid liberty.
