JUDGMENT / ORDER

The only prayer made in this writ petition is for early decision of his Application 8-C dated 23.9.08 for interim injunction filed in Original Suit No.13 of 2008 which is pending before the court of Special Judge S.C.& S.T. Act district Agra.
Without going into the merits of the case, looking to the prayer made above, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid application in accordance with law if there is no impediment as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
