When an order was passed under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, on 27.2.2021, it has been informed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, an Appeal thereafter was filed which was accompanied by an application for interim relief.
Grievance of the petitioner is that the application for interim relief was not being considered.
Under such circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, it is being directed that the Appeal itself be decided within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this order. The copy of this order would be duly certified by the petitioner's counsel.
For a period of three months or till the decision of the appeal whichever is earlier, status quo as of today shall be maintained.
