Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel for State - respondents.
By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for issuing a writ of mandamus directing the respondent no. 1, the Additional Commissioner (Judicial) (First), to decide Revision No. 83 of 2007 (Vinod and Others Vs. Zameel and Others), expeditiously.
No useful purpose will be served in keeping the writ petition pending. This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 1, the Additional Commissioner (Judicial) (First), to decide Revision No. 83 of 2007 (Vinod and Others Vs. Zameel and Others), in accordance with law, within a period of 6 months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
It is made clear that the Court has not adjudicated the claim of the petitioner on merits.
