It has been come to the notice of this Court that the bail of Bechu Harijan has already been granted by this Court vide order dated 21.3.2018 in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 10541 of 2018.
The present bail application has been moved without mentioning and concealing the above fact. In this case, affidavit has been filed by Dukhanti son of Silabi.
This bail application is rejected.
Issue notice to Dukhanti (deponent) and Sri Subhash Chauhan, learned counsel for the applicant to show cause as to why appropriate action should not be taken against them. Reply be submitted by filing an affidavit within seven days from the date of receipt of notice.
Put up this matter on 11.4.2018 as fresh.
