The present application is for condonation of delay of 92 days in preferring appeal against the judgment and order passed by the learned Sessions Judge in Sessions Case No.68/10.
Considering the facts and circumstances and in view of the grounds stated in the application for condonation of delay and more particularly the poor financial condition the delay deserves to be condoned. Therefore, condoned.
Application allowed to the aforesaid extent. Rule made absolute accordingly.
