On repeated occasions, this matter has been directed to be listed peremptorily in lieu of the absence of the learned counsel for the petitioner.
Today also this matter has been listed peremptorily under the heading of group of cases likely to be infructuous without objection. However, Shri B.R. Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner has again sent his illness slip.
It appears that matter has become infructuous by efflux of time and it is, accordingly, dismissed.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
