1. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
2. Petitioner is seeking a mandamus commanding respondent no.2, Senior Superintendent of Police, District-Mainpuri to provide security to the petitioner.
3. However, in the entire writ petition, we do not find any factual averment showing that respondent no.3-Virendra Singh, who is husband of petitioner, has caused any apprehension or threat to petitioner's security of life and liberty. in any manner.
4. In absence of any factual foundation in the writ petition, petitioner's relief for mandamus as prayed for, in our view, can not be ground.
5. Dismissed accordingly.
