Shri K.R. Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel has received instructions vide communication dated 13.12.2019, from the State Government and submits that the enquiry against the allegations of sexual harassment made by the applicant has been concluded vide report dated 6.12.2019. Copy of the same has been made available to the learned counsel for the applicant. This fact is not being disputed by learned counsel for the applicant.
In view thereof, contempt petition is consigned to record with liberty to the applicant to assail the report, if aggrieved, before the appropriate forum, in accordance with law.
