Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the widow of Late Chakravarti Mishra, who died on 15.10.2014 while working as Assistant Teacher in the Janta Uchtar Madhyamik Vidyalaya, Baikunthpur, Deoria (respondent no.4).
It is further submitted by learned counsel that the petitioner's claim for family pension has still not been decided despite repeated representations moved. He further points out that the latest representation is dated 19.2.2019, which is also pending before respondent no.3. He further submitted that the said representation may be decided within a time bound period.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents no.1 to 3 submitted that in case, any representation is pending before respondent no.3, the same will be decided within a reasonable time.
In view of the above, it is directed that respondent no.3 (District Inspector of Schools, Deoria) may decide the representation moved by the petitioner, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of submission of a certified copy of this order before him.
With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
