2. On instructions, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the order dated 18.07.2016 in Crl.O.P.No.13683 of 2016 has been complied with and the complaint dated 17.04.2015 given by the petitioner was enquired into and the same has been closed as civil in nature on 16.05.2016.
