JUDGMENT / ORDER

The order sheet reveals that Sri Amit Rana, Advocate had put his appearance on 25.3.2010. Sri M.N. Singh, Advocate had also put in appearance in the month of April, 2010. Since then they are seeking time to file counter affidavit. On several occasions, time for filing counter affidavit has been granted but till date no counter affidavit has been filed. On 13.1.2011, the case has been adjourned on the illness-slip of Sri Amit Rana, Advocate. Today, an adjournment has been sought on behalf Sri M.N. Singh, counsel for the respondent.
