1. Present application has been preferred by the applicant original complainant seeking Leave to Appeal against the impugned judgment and order of acquittal dated 21/12/2012 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Junagadh in Criminal Case No. 357 of 2004 acquitting the opponent No. 2 herein original accused for the breach of provisions of the Prevention of Food Adulteration Act, 1954.
2. Heard Mr. Ashish M. Dagli, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicant original complainant and perused the impugned judgment and order of acquittal and considering the same, it appears that the appeal deserves consideration. Hence, the present application is allowed and Leave to Appeal, as prayed for, is hereby granted.
