The petitioner is an educational institution imparting education in B.Tech. course. According to the petitioner, it took several admissions of Scheduled Caste candidates on zero fee basis during the Academic Session 2015-16, and applied for reimbursement of fees of such students, but which has not been reimbursed so far. According to the petitioners, various defects pointed out by the respondents have already been removed, yet the amount has not been reimbursed.
Learned standing counsel submitted that respondent No. 2 is competent to examine the grievance of the petitioners.
Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to approach the second respondent with a certified copy of this order and a fresh representation, and in which event, the second respondent shall accord consideration to the same by passing a speaking order, within a period of next twelve weeks.
