JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.T.Ramkumar, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent/contemnor. M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J., rka/sk 2 It is represented that the order, which is the subject matter of contempt, has been complied with by the Divisional Commercial Manager, Divisional Officer, Commercial Branch, Salem, by passing an order vide proceedings No.SA/C/PUB/Canvasser/2015 dated 27.04.2016. The same is taken on file and recorded.
3 In the light of the same, the contempt petition is closed. The petitioner if so advised and if it is open to him under law, he is at liberty to challenge the said communication in accordance with law before the competent Forum.
