2. Instructions received by the learned Government Pleader show that on 08.04.2013, petitioner lodged a complaint, which is registered as crime No.62 of 2013 under Sections 341, 323, 506 r/w 34 IPC.
The investigating officer has alreadye4xamined seven witnesses and after completing the investigation, has filed a charge sheet before the Court of Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nuzvid on 15.04.2013, which is also taken cognizance of and numbered as C.C.No.544/13 and is posted to 04.12.2014 for examination of the accused.
3. In view of that, apparently petitioner has filed this writ petition without any basic verification.
Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
