(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE V. M. SAHAI) On 11.11.2011, this Court passed the following order in the present Civil Application :-
"Having gone through the averments made in the present application, the present application is allowed.
Office to notify main Special Civil Application for hearing on 07.12.2011."
However, the main writ petition I.e. Special Civil Application No.11596 of 2009 was already disposed of on 9.11.2011. Hence, the order dated 11.11.2011 passed by this Court in the present Civil Application is recalled and the present Civil Application may be treated as disposed of as having become infructuous in view of the fact that the main writ petition has already been disposed of.
