(Per : MR.JUSTICE D.H.WAGHELA) Learned counsel Ms.Mandaviya stated, on instruction, that the department concerned of respondent No.2 has already taken decision to pay to the petitioner the due amount of subsistence allowance in respect of the period from 16.09.2005 to 11.05.2007. The proposal for payment of such amount is already forwarded to the Secretary, Department of Telecom and I.T., New Delhi. She, therefore, asked for some time to receive further instructions in respect of the date on which payment shall be made. Hence, S.O. to 29.11.2012.
