O. to 21st August 2012, at the request of Ms. Mandavia, who proposed to keep the officer concerned personally present in the Court, submit the calculations pursuant to previous order dated 2nd February 2011 and explain as to why the difference between full salary and allowances due to the petitioner for the period from 15th March 2000 to 31st May 2007 and the amounts paid by way of suspension allowances for the same period should not be ordered to be paid with interest at the appropriate rate and such interest should not be ordered to be paid by the officer concerned. Learned counsel is also called upon to show cause as to why her complete ignorance about order dated 2nd February 2011 made herein and non-implementation of that order should not be treated as contempt of Court for further proceeding in that regard. Besides making this order, several queries on fact and legal issues are made and recorded by learned counsel Ms. Mandavia and it would be open for the parties to reply to those queries and argue the other issue, if any. However, no further adjournment may be granted for further arguments.
