Order on Criminal Misc. Anticipatory Bail Application The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed with a prayer to grant anticipatory bail to the applicants, Baburam, Gauri Prasad, Lalji, Sriniwas, Ram Prasad, Dinesh Kumar Verma, Umanath Verma, Umesh Kumar @ Pintu Kumar, Ram Bhuwal Verma, Narsingh Verma and Bangali Prasad, in Case Crime No. 1030 of 2017, under Sections- 419, 420, 467, 468 and 471 I.P.C., Police Station- Harraiya, District- Basti, during pendency of trial.
Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted final report has been submitted, but it has not been accepted.
On his statement, it is directed that till the orders are passed on the final report, the applicant shall not be arrested.
With the aforesaid direction, this application for anticipatory bail is disposed of.
