Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
By means of present writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for demarcation of Gata No.3267 situated in Village Tulsipur (Manjha), pargana Nawabganj, tehsil Tarabganj, district Gonda.
Upon perusal of the record, it transpires that for redressal of his grievance, the petitioner has already moved an application before the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, tehsil Tarabganj, district Gonda, the opposite party no.3, who is competent authority to resolve the grievance of the petitioner.
In view of the above, without entering into merits of the case, we dispose of this writ petition with the direction to the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, tehsil Tarabganj, district Gonda, the opposite party no.3 to look into the matter expeditiously and if he feels necessary to register the case in accordance with law.
Subjection to the aforesaid observations and directions, the writ petition is disposed of finally.
