Rule.

On the issue of interim relief, this Court is of the opinion that if the same is granted at this stage, then it would amount to allowing the petition without adjudication.

If the petitioner-Union, ultimately, succeeds in the present proceedings, then its members would get the difference of salary but, if the final result is not in their favour, then it would be difficult to recover the amount from the members. Hence, interim relief is refused.
