JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.Dipak Sanchela, learned advocate appearing for the respondent-Municipality, has tendered an affidavit-in-reply, which is taken on record.
Mr.Patel, learned AGP, has not been able to reply to queries of the Court for which he may be required to take instructions from the Office of the Regional Deputy Director Municipality, Rajkot. Proper arrangement shall be made by the next date of hearing.
List the matter on 31.05.2012.
