JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the appellant.
Prima-facie, it appears that the claimant-victim was travelling in a chakdo-rickshaw by keeping his right leg out of the said chakdo-rickshaw in irresponsible manner. However, he is held to be 100% negligence. The matter deserves consideration.
