Judgment:
This Appeal arises out of Judgment and Decree, dated 02-06-2008, in OS.No.141 of 2003, on the file of the Court of the learned II Additional Senior Civil Judge, Nellore.
Mr.M.Subba Reddy, learned Counsel for the appellant, addressed letter, dated 21-07-2014, to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, wherein he has stated that his client has instructed him to withdraw the appeal.
Today, at the hearing, Mr.Y.Nagi Reddy, learned Counsel representing Mr.M.Subba Reddy, learned Counsel for the appellant, submitted that the dispute between the parties is settled out of Court and that therefore, his client seeks to withdraw the appeal.
In the light of the above, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand disposed of.
