ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: “…to issue a Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of respondent Nos.1 to 4 in not issuing Hall Ticket enabling the petitioner to attend the Theory Examinations (Main and Supplementary) for the 2nd year I Semester of B.E. Course scheduled from 15.12.2014 as illegal, arbitrary, without power or jurisdiction, contrary to the rules and wholly unconstitutional as violating Articles 12, 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct respondents Nos.1 to 4 to issue Hall Ticket enabling the petitioner to attend the Theory Examinations (Main and Supplementary) for the 2nd year I Semester of B.E. Course scheduled from 15.12.2014.”
At the hearing, Mr. M. Rajender Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to his client to file a fresh writ petition questioning proceedings No.48/BE/Exams-I/2014 dated 05.12.2014 of respondent No.2.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.
As a sequel to the dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.47553 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
