Before the order could be signed, learned advocate for the petitioner has, in presence of learned advocate for the respondent, requested that the hearing of the petition, which is adjourned until 2.7.2012, may be adjourned to 9.7.2012 instead 2.7.2012, since learned advocate for the petitioner has some personal difficulty on 2.7.2012 and he may not be able to attend the hearing.
Therefore, the date of hearing is changed at the request of learned advocate for the petitioner and the hearing is adjourned to 9.7.2012. S.O. to 9.7.2012.
