ORDER:
Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.
This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents in disconnecting the power supply to Service Connection No. 176/V of the first petitioner and Service Connection No. 317/4 of the second petitioner, situate in Teegalavancha village, pursuant to the provisional assessment notice issued by the second respondent on 28.11.2005 and 19.11.2005 respectively.
Learned Counsel on either side submits that in the final assessment proceedings, amounts payable by the petitioners were reduced and pursuant to the same, the petitioners paid the said amounts and in view of the same nothing survives in the Writ Petition for adjudication.
Recording the said submission of the learned Counsel, the Writ Petition is closed. Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
