ORDER :
This Writ Petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the inaction of the respondents in taking steps to hold elections to respondent No.4-society as illegal and arbitrary. At the hearing, Ms. Kesavi Kumari Nemala, learned counsel for the petitioners, submitted that after the filing of the Writ Petition, respondent No.3 has issued election notification on 10-11-2014. She has accordingly submitted that the grievance of the petitioners stands redressed.
For the above mentioned reasons, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
As a sequel to the disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP Nos.36585 and 39480 of 2014 are disposed of as infructuous.
