This Criminal Petition is filed to quash FIR in Crime No.279 of 2011 of III-Town Police Station Nizamabad.

Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that Assistant Sub- Inspector of Police, III-Town Police Station Nizamabad informed him by letter dated 10/6/2014 that after investigation, case has been referred as ‘lack of evidence’ and after obtaining opinion from Senior Additional Public Prosecutor final report will be filed.
4. Recording the above submission this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to both parties to take recourse to the remedy available under law.
