This petition is filed to withdraw O.P.No.54 of 2013 from the file of Additional Senior Civil Judge, Narasaraopet, Guntur District and transfer the same to Senior Civil Judge, Chirala, Prakasham District.
Advocate for respondent (i.e., husband of the petitioner in O.P.No.54 of 2103) represented that O.P.No.54 of 2013 was already withdrawn by the respondent herein.
Recording the said submission, this Transfer C.M.P. is dismissed as infructuous.
