JUDGMENT / ORDER

It is stated in paragraph 7 of the affidavit filed in support of the recall application that the vakalatnama was filed by Sri Sandeep Srivastava in the office on 26th July, 2006. The said vakalatnama is not in the file and nor there is any noting in the order sheet that this vakalatnama was filed in the office.
Office to submit a report whether the vakalatnama was filed. In case the vakalatnama was filed, the office shall explain why such a note was not made in the order-sheet and why it was not placed on record.
List in the 2nd week of July, 2011.
