Learned counsel for the petitioners states that he does not want to press the instant habeas corpus writ petition and wants to withdraw the same as petitioner no.1 has alternative remedy for release of his minor son, corpus before appropriate forum.
In view of it, the instant habeas corpus writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
