The petitioner has preferred this petition against the show cause notice dated 7.1.2019.
The petitioner has already replied to the said notice on 6.2.2019 but it is alleged that no order till date has been passed on the said reply.
Sri Vikas Budhwar, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the authority will consider the reply and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
In the facts and circumstances, we dispose of this petition with the direction to the respondent no.1 to consider the above reply in response to the said show cause notice and pass appropriate speaking orders in accordance with law most expeditiously, if possible, within a period of six week from the date a copy of this order is produced before him.
The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
